Suzanne has been studying and practicing massage since 1985. Please refer to the "Services" tab up above to read about her modalities. Energy Healing (Laying on of Hands) since 1973. She is an Ethical Usi Reiki Master 4th in Lineage (Laying on of Hands). She is part of the Loving Kindness religion and philosophy.

She is a Cert. Massage Therapist specializing in a Zen like atmosphere. She is also a Cert. Death Midwife, Death Doula and Level 1 Qigong Instructor.

Suzanne Marie Strachan has been studying Hatha Yoga and Hatha Yoga Flow since 1981 and has been a proficient teacher since 1985. She has taught students ranging in age from 4 years old to 90. She teaches a blend of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Meditation Techniques and Qigong (Energy Practice that balances the mind).

She is blessed to do bodywork and assisted yoga with clients with paralysis.
